Just finished my grind for it on my Warrior using this method.

Awsome, now I get what I think is one of the coolest tabards and guns in the game.

This is a great exploit mind you, but my 70 protadin friend and myself grinded to exalted with them in about 5 hours and it only takes 2 people. I was on my 70 holy priest and would run around on my mount and grab every mob I could find out in netherstorm. Then he would concecrate and tank them all while I healed him, we could usually kill about 20 mobs at a time then turned in the insignias. probably would have gone a lot faster with a AOE class but oh well =D
