No, after the battleground ends, your body will remain on the elevator as long as you don't go up to it. In fact, it even persists through logout, so your body will remain there permanently.

For those looking to do this in Shattrath, I've had much success with it, but there's no 20 second logout countdown, since you're rested in the city.

I just type /camp, and the split second after pressing enter, i spam click Accept. Usually I only have time to click it twice.

I also played with it a bit, to test the boundaries. As long as the original rezzer stays on the elevator platform, the character who getting "immortality" may leave group, and join other groups, including Flex and LFR. I have not tested Arenas yet, as I'm sure to spark notice, if someone starts losing arena matches because of a glitch. I've tested in multiple zones/types of groups and instances over the passed several hours and have had no reason to go back and renew the effect - the ability to resurrect persists.

11 dedicated guild/raid members. 10 core raiders replicate this glitches' effect on an elevator. 11th guild/raid member stays on the elevator for the whole raid time - with the 10 core raid member's glitched body's next to him. 10 core raid members hearth, and proceed to raid. At any point during raid if someone dies, the 11th member casts a rez on the designated body. All raid members are effectively immortal.

If you'd like to be more discreet about it, simple replicate the glitch for yourself with a second account staying on the elevator, before a guild raid. Leave the group with your second account. Join guild raid group> If you mess up, decline any battle rezzes given to you, and rez yourself with your second account, saving the group's battle rez. Tell your group you lagged or something, and loaded in alive.
