I hav enot used those boots before -
one question though .. why do you need the slow fall ?

with out the slow fall u will just fall to the ground and pluz woteva speed u start with when using slowfall u stay with till u hit the ground.

Where did you read that this was being nerfed? Last I checked Blizz was having fun with it.

One of the main reasons why the Parachute Cloak was reduced to a 30 sec CD as well. This is probably one of the few things that makes eng fun again ^^
