I used my rocket Boots Extreme today and used parachute cloak because i like to fly. I noticed that after the rocket boots buff was over and i just had the slowfall buff i was running at the same speed. I tested this again and when i tried this it worked.

This works nice for extra time on rocket boots.

so.. lets say a mage had some rocket boots. if you used them (on land), then used the Slow Fall spell (on land) with ~1sec left, would you retain the same running speed until the slow fall buff dies?

its for really long exploration jumps i use them to go across big gaps that would never be possible otherwise...

Just tested, didn't work. Am I missing something or did you just have latency issues when you tried this?

if you know how to xploit it to horde roof you can jump from there with parachute cloak + boots and cap under 35 sec with a swift pot or sprint when you land, I do that all time with my 59 twink drood
