(Spellsteal) 30% more Damage

Sorry if this is a repost, searched and didn't find anything.

The mobs we will be looking for are Akali Subduers.
They are located at the top right corner of Zul'drak. Simply click on the link for the exact location

The spell we are looking for is called Mojo Empowered Fire Ward
They will cast this spell once every few minutes. The second that they do, spellsteal it.
It increases all Magic Damage by 30% for a minute and a half, but is removed by Fire Damage. Because of this, the second you spellsteal it, kill the adds.
I was able to hearth, and keep the buff, so I imagine that you should be able to bring it into raids.

Nice find. Very rare a spellsteal with decent dmg can be taken through loading screens.

There doesn't seem to be any clear mechanism for the subduers to use the ward, and even with multiple
mobs on you it takes several minutes for any one of them to cast it. For this reason timing the ward
to coincide with entry into a bg, raid or whatever would be quite difficult.

Do you know of any way to induce them to cast the buff?

Not sure. Pretty much you just have to gather enough adds and hope for the best. For raids- you can get summoned whenever by a lock, so I guess you could call out when you get the buff and take the summon. You'd still have a minute or so to DPS the boss
