Endless Temple of Kotmogu

I was playing Temple of Kotmogu and if you go to your spawn area and play with your toy for crashing thrashing racer while holing the orb the game never ends unless you are killed.

"unless you are killed" or until your crashin trashin buff runs off...

Only when my toon was killed the item really I'm not sure if its a effect of it or just where i am standing .
