Cyclone raiment bug +20% damage for Shamen

The Tier 4 shaman set is currently bugged and allowing Shaman to do 20% extra damage.

Sounds promising, unfortunately I have no elemental gear for my shaman so I can't prove if it actually does more damage.

Its a bit jumpy because I stuck the settings on too high a level for my computer. I'll try some things.

The damage bonus I checked with several shamen. It is quite likely to get fixed soon though.

So, doing some testing now. First test with 2pc on, Flametongue applied after equipping, ~91,400 DPS on a Dummy (Shit gear, apologies)
Second test without 2pc on, Flametongue applied after switching gear again. ~96,000 DPS on a Dummy

I'll record a test of both in a minute, but those are initial results. So far nothing.
Second test, similar result, ~100k for Non-T4, ~85k for T4
Not getting anything with a couple standard dummy T4 tests as Elemental. Sure it wasn't RNG on your side?

May have been fixed already (I got it from bug report http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/13076687577). Or it may not fire at max level, I wasn't sure about that in the first place as I stated in the video.

I'll check with my contacts to see if this still fires for twinks but my guess is it just got fixed.

This has probably been fixed. I just tested it and I did about 90K DPS, I put back my normal gear on and rest it and did 120K dps.

So I didn't notice any buff difference.

This doesn't seem to be fixed to me. Trying this on my level 90 shaman the set bonus is providing 1260 spellpower. Assuming it provides the same amount regardless of level this could be really nice for twinks or something like that, but at level 90 the 6793 spellpower I lose by wearing the 2 set makes this useless.

Edit: Tested a little bit on the dummies just in case it was also providing some hidden spell damage. It's pretty hard to get a good test as ele since mastery procs can skew a test pretty badly. No CDs were used. I tried AoE and single target for 60 seconds with and without the set.

775.6K with 2 set Cyclone
795.7K with normal gear

Single Target
214K with 2 set Cyclone
281.6K with normal gear
