Large scale visual bug (Possibility for someone to take it further?)

Currently the Druid spell Genesis is bugged out and no longer only targets party/raid members as intended. Casting Genesis in a city results in every player within 60 yards to gain the visual resulting in a bucket-load of green.

Usefull? Probably not, but who knows. Unless you like getting attention - Then its the greatest thing since sliced bread.
