ok a much better way of doing this is:

1. get BIG BALLS. (see why later)
2. delete your high level charachter. (hence the big balls)
3. make an opposite faction charachter and level it to 3-4.
4. log out for a few hours.
5. log back in and act all upset that you lost your 70.
6. make a gm ticket saying your bro found the place where you hid your password and then made a charachter after deleting yours.
7. now if it all went ok 1 of 2 things will happen.
a.) you'll have your 70 back and a level 3-4 opposite faction.
b.) you'll have your 70 back and the GM will delete the opposite faction. oh well back to where you started.

I personally havnt done this but my freind and guild mate has. I will try and get him to let me post pics up when I can.
