How to Psychic Horror while it is on CD

Hey guys,

This is a tip for shadow priest that will allow you to use Psychic Horror while it is on cooldown. First thing you need to know before trying this is it requires you to have spectral ***** and divine Insight as talents.

Step 1: Use PH
Step 2: Wait for a divine insight proc
Step 3: Spectral *****
Step 4: Use the Divine Insight proc
Step 5: Your cooldown on Psychic Horror should be reset.
Final Step: Use your Psychic Horror again!

Not working as intended usually means it's a bug/exploit.. so every bug/exploit immediately goes to elite? that doesn't even make sense. This really isn't the most gamebreaking thing, like yeah +rep to OP but calm down Danielite

Perhaps not such big of a deal, but this does not work on the current PTR build (for those who like me though that it may have worked there aswell).

Tried Poky's tips!
By doing instant damage, whilst having Spectral ***** activated, will in fact make your PH CD reset - once again, this is on PTR aswell as on retail!

just tried this on live and it doesnt reset cd... no idea what you guys are talking about

Worked in a BG i just tried. MS procs did not work. Only DI Mind Blast procs.

I updated my last post to avoid confusion from anyone looking into this. it infact does work but through my testing it only works off DI MB procs.
