Just tried it, the debuff didnt go away but stayed and once it ran out the visual effect disappeared to. Patched or what?

if you wait untill the debuff has like 1 second or less and walk into RFC by flying to it (mount before you get transformed by killing the last NPC with a dot or TP there with lock) you will keep the buff forever and other players can see it not just client side.
