Start the quest Uther's Blessing - Quest - World of Warcraft and place the Chillwind Tribute - Item - World of Warcraft . Don't complete the quest though. You should receive Uther's Blessing - Spell - World of Warcraft . Then use the /kneel command on the tomb and receive another uthers blessing buff. It is not just a server side icon but both buffs stack for a 15+15 flat crit.


Could be useful for 29 twinks, idk but queues don't pop and it doesn't work for 19s or 20-24 twinks unfortunately.

well idk if you are leveling a new alliance toon or something then you could use it in a bg or a dungeon 30 crit is still like what 3-4% crit chance at that level or something like that
