Stay on another Realm Ungrouped

You can go there stormwind althought you can't put anything on the actionhouse/send mail to anyone when your on the server

i used it to stay on a dead server to farm rares all over pandaria

1. first open cmd (as admin) type "netstat -n | find ":3724"
you should see 2 connections that are "established"
AAA.BBB.CCC.123 this will be your server's IP
AAA.BBB.CCC.456 this will be your zone's IP

2. have a friend invite you to the server you want to stay on (if your looking for rares i recommend using OQ and get yourself invited to a low pop server)

3. run netstat once more this time you should see 1 IP from step 1 as "time_wait" (this would be your zone's IP that you are no longer connected to due to CRZ).
you should also see 2 "established" IPs. one will be your servers IP (AAA.BBB.CCC.123) and the other will be YOUR FRIENDS ZONE IP (DDD.EEE.FFF.789)

4. open your firewall and block all incomming/outgoing connections on your zone ip (AAA.BBB.CCC.456) DO NOT BLOCK YOUR SERVER IP

5. when you leave group you should see "transfer aborted" in your chatlog. that means you the game is trying to port you back to your zone ip but unable to because it is being blocked. as a result you will be stuck on your friends zone ip

i suck at explaining stuff so any questions you have i will try to clarify

entire pandaria continent has 1 zone ip, others like northrend, each zone has its own IP so results may vary

From expirience, it doesn't matter where you are as long as your whole group is phased to another realm before its disbanded. I've used this script when I was inside DS and when I was outside. In both cases I stayed phased to another realm.

I am guessing that you didn't join the crossrealm group that phased you before you followed the 5 steps. You can't just block ip while you are on your own server and expect it phase you to another realm. Both methods, one posted by Tori , and another posted by highboi pretty much do the same thing. Except the one posted by highboi will allow you to enter Stormwind and Orgrimmar without phasing, but you will not see any npcs only players on another realm. Also, the method by highboi will only work for one specific zone while the method by Tori will work for most zones.

Does this work if you go to a main city like Stormwind or Org and if so, can you put something in their AH? lol

sadly no. just like if you group with someone and not on their realm like in thunder bluff or in ironforge, then it's still your AH.

Then i leave the group and see the error message in chat "Transfer aborted", but every mob just disappear and donot respawn, im still getting error "transfer aborted"
What am i doing wrong?

There is a thread describing this method its called disabling crz , If your going to discuss anything other than the method I posted in original post, post it in the relevant thread.

This method still works fine for me and I see nothing wrong with the step by step guide posted,

Yes just tested works in twilight highlands as well, Although thought it was a given as I said in Op that it worked in stormwind,
