Blessing of Kings levels 25-29

Paladins learn Blessing of Kings at level 30. But if you use Glyph of the Mounted King you can use it when you unlock glyphs (level 25)

This doesn't make sense, paladin class mount is at level 40, you can learn riding at 20 but you don't get your class mount until 40.

There's a 20 paladin charger, and a 40 paladin charger.

My mistake, I was leveling a paladin and it's around this level and the spell book icons are the same.
edit-still is halfway lashing out for recent quality of exploits.
