So, i got the bad boy today and noticed that prior to a pull, you can equip the weapon and use it, summon the shit and swap weapons to original, Continue the fight and when it comes back off of cd, use it again.

Item: The Horseman's Sinister Slicer, obtained from the new Horsemans Boss.

Normally "on-use" items buffs / misc goes away when you remove the weapon from your equipped slots.

If you knew more about the actual spell you could determine if it will remain active upon removal of the item. Most items that give you a personal buff (trinkets) will take off the spell once you take off the item. But some spells are just casted through the item, as with the sword.

still good for fun times. and has it's uses in pvp to keep someone in combat.
