[Death Knight] Free Death Pact on timeless isle

Hello, I'm fairly new to Ownedcore, so bare with me. I was recently on the timeless isle farming the Spectral Brewmasters. I picked up the item Thick Pi'ju Brew and was able to cast Death Pact without having a minion summoned. I know this is minor but it's still a free Death Pact c:

EDIT: This also did no damage to the Guardian that was summoned.

+1 rep. Not really an exploit, but a cool find none-the-less!

Jaskaos, how exactly is that not an exploit? Here's a tissue, wipe the dribble from your chin.

It's no exploit because it's an undead minion. You can use this on the zandalari mionen from the t15. And if I remember right you can use it on controlled undeads, too.

It's more a guide then a exploit, but I don't see any use, because your summoned ghoul has the same cooldown of 2 Minutes like your death pact.
Nonetheless thanks for sharing, even if it is not as useful as you thought, it's good to share everything that could help others. Thank you for contributing!

Death Pact was changed in 5.4 to work with all undead minions, including controlled undead and Zandalari from the T15 2set as Malfurion has said.
It's also possible both to Control Undead and Raise Dead as of 5.4

I'm not sure why this wasn't documented in the patch notes, but it's a welcome change.
