killed about 7 times and then it stopped giving the blue loot bag. went on g/fs account and kill him and no loot.

Killed with a Priest using "spectral *****" to reset, awesome find. Surely will be hotfixed soon enough so make the most of it.

wanting to point out. he also gives over 200 rep per kill and this doesnt matter on if you get the bag or not. great rep grind also.
