Trade Timeless Isle BOA drops

Hello OC

i recently found out that the Timeless isle items that drops off mobs(NOT CHESTS) and bosses can be traded to party members if they were there for the kill.

this is a great guide/thing to do if you want to uppgrade your gear fast, using friends alt chars killing rares

1 Inv your friend.
2 Go together and tag a rare to get loot.
3 Boa item / uppgrade boa drops.
4 ??
5 Trade him it within the 2hour limit.
6: WIN

the item has a hidden 2hour trade cooldown . and i dont think its intended because they are "ACCOUNT BOUND".

if it has posted before, im sorry my internets currently suspended on this 3g so takes a month to load anything

Would be nice to make a few lvl1 accounts and summon them there. Invite to group and let them tag the mob. You would have a lot of epic drops that you can trade.
If someone can confirm that you can trade it then i will throw some rep at you.

Edit: Thanx for sharing +7 Rep. Remember farming the elites with a few friends in group and we never bothered to trade it to each other because it was not showing on the tooltip like empty_skillz mentions.

it's intended

some may say this, but the reason im saying its not is due to the trade tooltip not showing up and the item is "Account bound". and theres been no clearifications on it. and also in general chat anyone who seems to "wts" the items get insta hated upon, so i doubt it is intended. but thank you for your valuable insight.

None 'Account Bound' epics that are just 'Soulbound' can also be traded if someone else in the party was there for the kill. So I would agree that this is indeed intended.

Already posted and (I think) moved to elite.
You can also trade it without been in party, just by tagging the same rare.

Definitely intended, maybe not thought all the way through by blizzard. But yes anyone that loots armor or weapons that's greater in quality than common (ie. Uncommon, Superior, Epic, Legendary, Artifact, and Heirloom) can trade it to another who was in group, regardless of if it is soulbound or boa. See screenshot below:

This would not work, because "lvl 1 accounts" would most likely not have Mists Of Pandaria, which means they cannot get to this place.

Think he meant level 1s of your char having a lock summoning you to blazing chests and moving you in 2seater.

I opened a ticket about this when i first seen it on Tuesday, I thought /flex raid was bugged since we couldn't trade gear but Blizz said it was only intended for those drops at the Isle. So i know a bit off topic but still confirms that this is working as intended.

Just got Burden of Eternity dropped of the Ship, and I was not able to trade it to anyone in my party, 2 characters same realm, 1 x-realm.

Yesterday replicated that several times and made bunch of gold, too bad I forgot to use that, when got the Huolon mount in friday :<
