Um. I think you can do ~17 runs per hour. The talent "Elusiveness" gives 1:30 seconds off your vanish. So that makes it 3:30 cooldown.

your a **** tard, only chest you need to vanish at is back one l2p.

You need to vanish on all of them to get out of combat, you can't loot chests while in combat.

Ahh, just found the no vanish version. But to say I'm not doing it right isn't exactly true. I've always vanished and had no trouble, paid for 2 300 riding skills. And so far vanishing has been more successful, tried bugging the mobs, died 2/5 times from ranged attacks.

edit: oh and this method the OP posted didn't work for me either.
