Is it possible to get out of Pandaren startzone?

As a Pandaren, is it possible to get out of the starting zone without choosing a faction? Is there any way whatsoever?

No because you cannot be invited into a group as neutral pandaren. The system will tell you you're belonging to another faction.

Back then i leveled a neutral pandaren to lvl 36 and built a Dimensional Ripper - Everlook - Item - World of Warcraft.
Now when i use it on the starting island just nothing happens.
So i guess teleports of any kind wont work
