Interesting buff from Hyjal daily

The daily hyjal quest "The protectors of Hyjal" involves numerous npc's, some of whom
give you various buffs. It seems to vary on a daily basis what buffs you get as to some
extent it is dependent on the random "celebrity" NPC you are assigned.

One of the common buffs is "mark of the wild". I went into a bg after receiving this and
noticed that it was not overwritten by a pally's "blessing of kings" as it is usually.

I think what is happening is the Hyjal buff is a slightly different version of the normal
motw spell and is stacking with other buffs. A 4% extra stats buff is pretty useful.

Disclaimer: I don't play hunter or pallies so I may have just screwed up here somewhere.

Mark of the wild is a druid spell. If this is true, nice find. Any wowhead links you could contribute or duration of the buff?

Is this what you mean by wowhead link: Hyjal Protector - NPC - World of Warcraft Not sure if there is anything useful there.

The buff is 60 min. The buff is 5% to stats as with regular motw, not 4% as stated above.

There is definitely something here. I double-checked in a bg and the buff was not overwritten by kings or legacy of the emperor. In fact, it didn't
even seem to be overwritten by another mark of the wild, but I'd need to verify that with more testing.

This could be pretty cool, there's a ton of quest buffs from hyjal and other locations.
