Interract with dead NPCs

It is impossible to talk to dead NPCs (killed quest givers, vendors, profession tainers). However, if you talk to an NPC that is close to the dead one and open the chat menu and then talk to the NPC that is dead, the quest menu/profession menu will pop up even if its dead.

In my case: Alliance was raiding Garrosh. The Archeaology vendor was dead, but the priest profession trainer wasnt. I talked ot the priest, then clicked the archeaology vendor and managed to open the Arch menu despite him being dead.

Awesome, +repped! Could you put down a vendor as well, such as blingtron or jeeves?

Its useful if your quest NPC is getting killed by the opposite faction. Blingtron might be able to work , I dont have one, so cant try sadly.

thats a really cool idea alfalfa! If still noones else gets to test this, i'll see if i can tomorrow! Will test with Jeeves and the vendors on tundra traveler mammoth ^^

You do realize not every NPC is faction tagged? a few are and a few aren't, they can easily be placed next to each other!

Besides the Travelers tundra mammoth might still work

If they're killing your quest NPC, then the chances are they are killing everything surrounding that area, and let's not forget blingtrons 4 hour cooldown

Jeeves, scrapbot, repairbot, mamoth vendors, yak vendors.... Lots of other options.

This has been fixed on EU, I cannot get it to work anymore.
