No it does not work in Rated pvp. But with full buffs to be able to gain an extra 8% crit in total is amazing. For a person who stacks crit its quite amazing. I am just surprised you remembered the trick and bumped the thread.

To bad :S this was just amazing buff for Raids and CM's :P
But was nice as long it lasted ! (took Blizz at least more than 2 years to fix this =))
