Ribbon Dance unintended bug

As the tooltip of Ribbon Dance - Spell - World of Warcraft says "Experience gained from killing monsters increased by 10%!" Which means only when you kill something that you gain extra xp. Well at the moment it actually also gives extra experience for gathering herbs and also arch/mining. Maybe even more. Just some pics of proof. Hope this helps you guys level. And this is not intended because of it's tooltip

This actually works with anything that increases monster kill experience only and I'm pretty sure it will have been posted for at least one of those other buffs. + Rep anyways for finding it on your own and associating it with this one.

I'm pretty sure this was intended. Same with the darkmoon ride buff, BoAs, and the +300% Experience flask if I remember well.
