This is before I started doing anything.

This is after harvesting some crops for a Vermin/Weed.

This is the loot I got.

From the images below you should probably think i'm only getting my normal harvest loot, right? I am. I killed 5 Vermin and the four Golden Lotuses and the 2 Fool's Caps did absolutely nothing. I got 1 Lotus per Lotus and 2 Fool's caps per Fool's cap..

Please can you just post a screenshot tutorial on how to perform this. If it isn't confirmed in 48 hours it's pointless it being here. The only exploit you can confirm is pet battles duplicated Vermin and weeds.

EDIT: I also tried this on EU The Sha'tar

This is EU. So just did this, I had a vermin patch after I harvested a crop, then I queue'd for a pet battle and left instantly and the vermin was duplicated. After getting rid of the two vermin I was not able to loot any crop twice. When I found another vermin patch, I queue'd for a pet battle again and won this time. I just did one pet battle, but there were 3 vermins in the patch, instead of two. Again, I was not able to loot any crop twice. Also, stubborn weeds did not duplicate. Not when I lost a pet battle, or when I won one.

Tried again on another toon. Did a pet battle and they all multiplied by 1 (picked up golden lotus x2). Then I wanted to see if I'd get more if I queue again. Got in - left and they all went back to 1 crop per :[ Shoulda picked them up when I had the chance. Oh well

So let me try to elaborate this a bit further:

I've managed to do this once just 30 minutes ago. This is only a theory of mine, but i think it describes the phenomenon pretty good. So what do you have to do and what do those steps mean:

    1. Harvest crops one by one until you get an "Occupied Soil" or an "Untilled Soil" _with_ a "Stubborn Weed" (Don't really know what the OP means with the vine thingy, never had those on untilled Soils, only on freshly placed ones)

Why do you have to do this? The Stubborn Weed/Occupied Soil is a mere indicator for what you are doing actually worked or not.

    2. Queue for a pet battle.

It doesn't matter if you lose, win or withdraw the pet battle, the only thing that matters is, where your opponent is. Here comes the theory part: We know that pet battle battlegroups work cross realm. So when you are matched up against a player from another server, basically what you do is get "grouped together" cross realm, I'm not sure if you are on an actual other server, just phased out or if this is just a placeholder thing. So far on what happens.

My theory is, that your Stubborn Weed/Occupied Soil gets duplicated when you are grouped x-realm,
I had several battles against the same player (same pets), nothing happened
    - one battle against another guy, Stubborn Weed gets duplicated
    - tried another battle, matched up against the first guy, only one Stubborn Weed again. So it might take a few tries.
    - when you see one duplicated spot, all of the spots are duplicated. As I said earlier, the one with Stubborn Weed/Occupied Soil is just an indicator if you met the right guy.

    3. Harvest
Once you have a duplicated weed, you can start harvesting, and you'll get two crops to harvest from (twice the reputation too)

Hopefully this made it a bit clearer to you guys.

Try something else tomorrow: Don't harvest anything, do a pet battle and then try harvesting one crop.
If you can harvest it twice, do it only once and keep going with the rest of your crops.
Then do another pet battle, rinse and repeat.

Seems like the logical way to do it by everything I read, sounds like hit and miss but if it's a hit it works from all the crops.

Double crops is just a visual bug, you actually don't get bonus herbs. Tried on 2 characters, didn't work. All i got double was a double vermin from one soil. That's it.

I'll post screenshots tomorrow. The ones you actually harvest don't show up twice; the one you harvest just does not disappear. (So no visual bug.)

Also confirming it doesn't seem to work. Although I didn't even get double crops. Maybe if the creator of the tread actually wrote a little more than " 1. Que for pet battle, 2. Double crops." Then things might be a bit easier. After harvesting a crop; there is ONLY 'Occupied Soil' Which has a Vermin inside of it. And the other is the Weed which I forgot the name for. There isn't any vine on soil, only after planting a new herb. The Occupied soil means you kill the vermin. The weed means you have to press one button to pull the weed out and you start at stacks of 10 dominance (I think it's called). Once 0 is reached the weed comes out.

EDIT: If you wish to continue trying to prove this either:

    1) Take very detailed screenshots with annotations describing every single thing you did.
    2) Try to record what you did and post the video.

How does the occupied soil help you know if it duplicated? And as far as I can see there is no way of know if your opponent was from another realm

    Sup bros,

i tried to do this again for hours, but i couldnt really get this to work again. Either it was fixed (like no more CRZ pet battle duels at sunsong ranch) or my queue is just totally empty.

Vitalic, you cant see the duplicated crops, but you can see the duplicated Soils/Stubborn weeds, so you'll know that your field got duplicated.

Feel free to try it for yourselves, i gave up, because it takes so long and the outcome doesn't seem to be that fancy. If the steps I explained to you aren't clear enough, feel free to ask and I'll elaborate more.

    bb
