It was in elite but some persistent people kept reposting it in normal section so the mods moved it here for the original finder to get rep and credit he deserves.

I just found it out, used it on rank 8 first fight, but the guy after me died :3 then next 30min it was fixed... guess ill have to do the last 2 ranks normaly

Just tried this a few minutes ago in US, got ported out right after I used the dagger. Too bad I couldn't skip Hexos but at least I hit rank 8 with it.

EDIT: First time I tried, it just ported me out. Now it won't let you use the dagger at all, says 'you can't use that here.'

ive seen this hunter do it 4times now without the dagger(its not usable) but eitherway, there deffinatly is 1 more exploit here..

I was about to explain to you how Blizzard are going to find out regardless, but then I realised how it would probably be pointless explaining even the most obvious things to someone that writes "shud" instead of "should."

True, but the exploit is still working, just with some other tools (Leech in brawler's guild (All classes & gear) + more)
