[Mage] Cast Ring of Frost while taking a flight Path or during a Fear

1.) Skill POM
2.) Use POM
3.) Take a Flight path or get feared
4.) Cast Ring of frost
5.) DING Ring of Frost succesfully casted

While the first is just for fun while flying above the enemy capitol city, the second one has a huge potential in RBG/Arena

search function only showed me this, which is the same bug but not the same usage
