This does work but it's the same exact method that has already been known for months and months. Since this has been known for quite some time, Aeonaxx is often dead on my server at least making it just as hard as normally farming for it lol, but on your server it could be a worthwhile venture, and honestly it's not very hard to do even though it sounds slightly complicated. The thread the OP linked tells you how to do it just using Windows Firewall if you don't feel like downloading PeerBlock.

Just use the old method
just killed it on my server then got it for a friend on his
the area with phase back after 1 minute u need to kill it then wait 15 mins for the debuff to wear off
requeue a BG and repeat the method
the corpse only despawns after 30mins anyway so its fine

Just lost Aeonaxx to a low level who thought he could handle the rare, he ends up being nuked and causing the boss to despawn, *grumble*. Nonetheless this little trick does work, but since it's more of a guide from someone elses exploit I'll give you 1/2 the rep

I have a problem... Im fine until I join the LFG/BG and alt f4. After that I cant log in :S I have to disable de Peerblock or allow the wow IP. What I'm doing wrong?

Can someone explain this? And if I use windows firewall, do I only have to block the ip (123.123.12.123:3724 for example) or do I have to add the weird part to the end of it.

Someone please make it clearer.
