This is pretty old but i thought i would post it anyways. idk if anyone has. All you have to to is be able to set a instance to heroic. Join a random group die and release then drop group. When you try to zone in it should tell you you need to be in a group or a certain level to enter depending on where you are going. works great for like a level 87 trying to get to shrine(MSP) leave walk to shrine. Works for raids as well.
So just to recap
1. join random group
2. Die
3. Leave group
4. Make sure its set to heroic
5. Zone in
Viola.

Depending on your role and queue times you're probably better off actually going to the location yourself. :P

Port anywhere, yet we can only go to those places our lvls allows us to que up at. + as a dps the que time will be waaaaay 2 long, and you'd be better off just going there

This will work if you are a lowbie you cannot run the instance on heroic. If you are able to run it on heroic, this will simply let you back into the dungeon and upon exit you will end up at your original location. If however you can't run a heroic (or challenge mode, if you're a 90 and haven't run the instance on heroic), the error will cause your corpse to rez outside the instance (super sweet). Pro tip if you don't feel like going to the trouble of dieing and your hearth stone is on CD, you can just use the stuck button to get to the graveyard, which is usually much faster.

Also if you want to get back to where you were originally, you can run back to the instance after you are done in the area, and then exit to return to the location you qued at.
