Lag yourself into getting TLPD / Vyragosa.

As i sat and experimented with the Cross Realm Zoning, via Flight Path, i noticed that you'd stay on your own realm until the flight path was up.

Now, using the bugged Kite Flight Path, the game still thinks that you're on a flight path, if you're good enough to reach Storm Peaks, you can be able to see Vyragosa/TLPD.

This also worked with Lag7 / Pulling the plug then flying to where it is.


Upon looting, you have to repeat whatever process you did.

how would you control the flight path in storm peaks? coming from anywhere else would reset your crz since it changes with every zone

Could someone please link/explain the bugged flight path exploit.

Also surely if it makes the game thinks your still on your own server that would mean TLPD would have to be alive on your server for you to kill it.

How could I take a Kite from Pandaria to Northrend?

A little lost here, too. Shouldn't we be Lag7-ing a Dalaran FP? And what is the method to make Lag7 control a FP? And what do you mean by pulling the plug and repeating the process?

I would also be curious about how exactly this is done. I am guessing you are only speculating this is possible? Or if you actually managed to pull this off could you, or anyone that gets this provide step to step instructions as how this is done? i was messing around with this a bit, but couldnt figure it out.

I'm having a few issues trying to comprehend exactly what he is saying, but I believe he means you can use sort sort of exploit on a flight path then get a summon or something to Storm peaks and the game still thinks you're on the flight path for a bit and you have a bit of time to kill a TLPD in a seperate phase that no one else can see due to CRZ, or you can simply use a lag macro/exploit and fly into Storm Peaks to find the TLPD.

If someone knows about this stuff they could test it out maybe. I really don't know much about all those lag/noclip exploits or how the CRZ phasing really works and I'm just trying to make sense of what the OP was saying.

I see TLPD almost EVERY damn time I take a flight path from Dalaran to Ulduar (makes me sad!!) but of course CRZ phases me off my server as soon as I land. I am honestly thinking this thread should just be marked a "theory" and deleted or moved because there is no basis in fact. The control FP exploits DO NOT.. I REPEAT.. DO NOT keep you on your server with CRZ as if you were on a regular flight path. Furthermore, Lag7 can only realistically keep you desynched for 7-9 seconds AT MOST before you'll get disconnected from the WoW servers and I don't see how it could work ANYWAY because as soon as you get off the flight path at Ulduar or wherever you flew to, it phases back to CRZ. If you hit Lag7 quickly before it phases, you CANNOT mount up until the lag ends which means you won't be able to fly to the TLPD anyway. This is complete bull.

So I worked on this a little bit last night, but I didn't have much time. I got the kite to Stormpeaks via a summon from ulduar stone. I was able to fly around with no clip, as usual. I verified that I could not see general chat from the CRZ server. But I did not find Vyra or TLPD. Could have been had luck or some on my server already did it.

Can you explain how you did it. Also from my memory TLPD despawns sometimes if it is up for too long unkilled, could have been the reason you didn't find it.
