Change Blingtron gift package contents

Happened on accident today, 100% certain the contents changed and here's the simple steps that caused it. Not a how-to, but how-it-happened. Your results may vary.

> Accepted invite to another server (I was in Shrine of Two Moons).
> Found a Blingtron and got the gift package, inspected the contents without looting.
- This was 30 minutes after resets and I did get a gift package yesterday.
- Positive that mine contained, at least, a [Backside of Fire].
> Was summoned into a fresh MSV after ~5 minutes.
> A few bosses later I inspected gift package which now contained 2 different greys. The [Backside of Fire] was gone and there was a [Paper Zeppelin Kit] that I'm fairly certain was not there before along with a [Deathclaw Imprint] and [Blingtron Heart Key].

Not 100% sure what all shifted, but I'm positive at least one item changed. Good luck.

You can't keep more than one so it's pretty useless.

Testing this now. If it works, getting it on multiple characters (one character per day, obviously) could make this so very nice for farming for mounts. Does the raid have to be a regular raid, or would LFR work?

EDIT: I'm an idiot and forgot to turn off auto-loot. Can't test it today.

It doesn`t work, changed 3 times a realm to test it. It was always the same.

This is just a theory but it might have some validity I know rules say no theories but has anyone tried summoning to change contents?

To my knowledge this used to work a month ago and might still work in someway. I stopped doing it because it was useless.

Anytime you caused a zone change or something to change the ip you are connecting to. (ie going from silithus - AQ40) The contents of the bag changed.
Anytime you swapped back (took some effort) it would revert to it's old contents.
Original Example (Super Heated Oil x40 + Oily Glove)
Swap Example (Backside of Fire + Human Improved)
The reason this was useless, an exploit none the less but pretty damn useless, is because THEY JUST SWAP BETWEEN THESE 2 PRESET CONTENTS.
You cannot save the bag on all your toons and each day have something new in each bag because of it's lock on 2 sets of loot. As you can make out already it's only giving you 1 chance per day to pick and choose what 1 other bag would hold.

The only reliable use this had was getting the brawler's guild Blingtron 3000 fight quickly.
Adding a 2nd chance for the (1 in 300,000?) mount for a 20 minute flight isn't worth it.

I had a blingtron gift package in my bags outside of Tot, when i zoned into our raid the contents where different. However upon exiting the package had the original contents again.

Is everyone in this thread also forgetting that you can't do the quest on multiple toons? It's once a day, per account.
