another MMR exploit on the rise?

so I was looking at le battlegroups on EU and managed to come across this

Wrong section, seeing how it's a question and no exploit is even being close to stated. But if you actually look yourself, they're level 80's. Which means, they don't need an exploit to q into themselves. They just q up against another team and get their rating up.
edit: and if you check out their team.... they lost what 200+ games in a row? That automatically bring's your mmr down to like the lowest possible.
