Posisbly catching fish after the pool is gone.

I am currently fishing right now, and I had just fished a pool and when I had cleaned it out I decided I was to lazy to move. I was botting so I figured **** it and do something else, but I noticed that everytime he would cast into the area of where the pool use to be I continued to catch Emporer Salmon. So far I am at about a 90% rate of catching Emporer Salmon where the pool use to be.

I am wondering if anyone would be able to try this out and verify if what I am seeing is correct, I am on a spotting wifi right now so I keep getting disconnected or I would continue to explore the possible exploit.

That's how fishing works, pools are just concentrated area's of fish that can be in the area.

This is just fishing 101. Im going to assume you have a fishing of 500 or more (with or without buffs) and say you are fishing in a area that has a large emperor salmon drop rate. Fishing in a pools indicate what fish can be caught in the water normally (without pools) and if you have a high enough fishing the chances are that you will catch the same kind of fish regardless. Fishing pools are a 100% drop chance of that specific fish however non pool fishing can have a very high percentage of the same fish. Using the fishing buddy addon will help you understand this as it keep a percentage based drop rate on all fish when caught in that zone, Blizzard has addressed the issue of "Why fish in pools if I basically can catch the same fish without" by adding in the Ancient Pandaren Fishing Charm which allows you to catch multiple fish per casts from pools.
