I just finished the quests for the Blood Knight tabard, sold it, and I don't have an option to get a new one [EU] Only Tabard of the Explorer

You don't sell it .... try put into void storage and fly back to the NPC, there should be an option like OP's screenshot.
Unless Blizz fixed it, It is probably the only way I know of OR the tabard have to be obtained via old BE pally's 60 quest.
Someone on Owncore whisper me that void storage doesn't keep unique items, It is somewhat correct, not 100% items marked as unique can not be put in VS.

And to the poster who asked if it can be set up to be automated, I'm sure it could. I've seen people set up bots to do much more complex things, but I don't have the knowledge to do it myself.

The Blood Knight tabard is only obtainable by BLOOD ELF PALADINS, as they are the only Blood Knights around.
Going to check this out tomorrow.

I'll have to correct you there, around catalysm there was some bug I think where you could obtain it on all classes (horde only) as long as you did your class quest in BRD, I'll try to dig out an old screen shot of my shammy wearing one

Edit; finaly found it after digging out my extern harddisk, http://imageshack.us/f/29/bloodknighttabard.jpg/ after that I went alliance again, the returned to horde and even had a gm restore my tabard after a few attempts
