RoP is currently disarming enemy players who don't have PvP toggled, even on PvE realms. Pretty minor exploit, fun for griefing players around ToT.

If it's on a PvE realm, and they are not flagged PvP, this means none of your abilities should affect them in any way. The fact that this does affect them is not working as intended. Like OP stated, it is kind a pretty minor exploit, but fun to see them wonder why they got disarmed.

If you use disable on a target (even a healer) whose inside of your Ring of Peace it will incur the silence on them as if they've done something.
