This dungeon is bugged since released, it was fixed and unfixed too many times to remember. Don't worry there will always be some exploit going on.


BTW hey Blizz, while you're fixing some AQ40 bugs, can you fix a 3rd (at least) time the C'Thun poison dealing 100% of your Spellpower on the first tick ? I do not enjoy taking 250k ticks from a level 60 boss.

This was Fixed in the last HOTFIX along with a few other things. - US Servers I tried it and its not working after the hotfix.

I got a 72 hours FINAL WARNING. Didn't even loot anything in there, went in to check what it was, saw the boss duplicate & went out again.

I looted a few pets, all of which have been removed. The email was a little strange though as they stated they were investigating someone being scammed and was retrieving items then i got a 2nd email stating it was for exploiting game mechanics within the AQ40.

Got rep and 3 pets did it for a few hours and no ban or warning and still have everything. You just gotta act confused. I kept spamming what is going on and why are there so many of them and why do I keep dying lol. Either I didn't get checked over or the gm that did thought I was confused. Exploiting boss mechanics I have always done that and never gotten in trouble. My 2cents anyway.

May have been hot fixed we ran it last night this didn't happen. In fact the opposite did when he died we couldn't even loot it!
