Blizzard is asking me to attach a debit or creditcard as soon as I select the PayPal option when I try to migrate my character. So it's not working (anymore).

Although OP mentioned he DID had a debit/creditcard attached to his PayPal, I'm still wondering why PayPal didn't took the money from his bank account since the transaction amount exceeded his limit.

It didn't work for me.
I managed to transfer my hunter from one realm to another but I wasn't able to play it because it was locked.After that I tried to mail some items ( looms and elixir of knowledge) and then I returned my character back to the old realm.I haven't received mail yet , neither on my main nor on the alt which I wanted to transfer.So basically, I lost 3 looms and 1 elixir for nothing. I guess if I would pay for transfer now that I could receive that mail but 3 looms and 1 elixir aren't really worth 25$

You can only xfer so much gold with toons based on levels, an moving a guild you need to have been a leader of that guild for at least 7 days and you have to have a Authenticator on your account as well also the guild has to be a certain level to move it as well.. just attempted the other day to get heads up on a new server.

Who are you replying to? My question is, how can you even "PAY" with PayPal if it asks you to link a debit/creditcard to that account?

Edit: I know it didn't use to ask for it but now it seems to even ask it when I'm trying to pay with my main PayPal account (there is no credit/debitcard attached to it, only a bank account).

Looks like its fixed, it just says payment rejected now
