Wasn't hotfixed, just did it on NA servers. worked fine, most likely EU not working at all.

Just completed on US server. Used full group mostly BIS, fight lasted all of about 4 sec. Everyone got title. No one in group had title on any toon. GOGOGO!

Just solo clear up to him. Then get a group. Easy bad ass title in 5 sec? That can't be that hard. You could probably do it with 5 well geared players.

You obviously haven't had a lvl 80 twink, i pull 100k+ dps on my spriest burst in "10 seconds".

edit:: yeah i wanted more details, he left out a lot of questions. I'm sure more people will be confused.
