Today was playing with my friend with 1klaxxi buff, he was on quest with a klaxxi warrior , i speak with him and get a 2nd buff with the 1st stay on me.

There are two different kinds of Klaxxi buffs: enhancements and augments. You're able to have one of each type at a time. Unless you had two of the same type active, this is working as intended.
