battle pet undying win bug (works only against pets with grip abilities)

Nowadays many gamers take grip pets into their battle pet teams, but there is a way to make your pets undying

this exploit works only against pets which have grip abilities (for ex Sweep - Battle Pet Ability - World of Warcraft or Death Grip - Battle Pet Ability - World of Warcraft etc.)

1) What you need is - pet with Launch - Battle Pet Ability - World of Warcraft (there are a lot of flying pets with it too)
2) before your opponent's pet uses grip or sweep (there are a lot of similar abilities among many pets) ability - use fly pet ability ( or similar ones) - if your made it first - your pet will be switched but you can switch him again - and there will be permanent flying buff - and you will be immune practically to 95% abilities (except another flying attacks)

I think this is related, see the flying pet still on the battleground while the strand crab is the active pet.
