2. Equip 2 pieces of tier 6.

3. Use Slice and Dice.

4. Unequip the tier 6 and put your tier 14 back on.

5. Use envenom quickly before Slice and Dice falls off to refresh it.

So long as you do not let Slice and Dice fall off you will receive 5 energy per tick of SnD.

That's the old set bonus before it was changed and it still works despite saying something else.. It's been like that for a LONG time though - I remember our rogues using 2pc T6 for a DPS increase as [X SPEC] when we were starting to raid in MoP.

Edit: Can't actually remember what spec so i'll leave that blank and up to rogues, to figure out. Also incase it's not obvious you go for bracer/belt or something with a low item budget to minimize the stats loss.
