"Free" Op item for levelers and twinks (80+)

Not sure exactly when this happened ( searching the web I've only found two conflicting opinions on it ) but somebody at blizzard did a massive cock up and added 464 spell power to an old pvp offhand : Wrathful Gladiator's Endgame - Item - World of Warcraft

Concidering it's 190 honor it is basically free ( unlike the archaeology one which is only free if you bot ) - given it's lack of other stats it's not exactly a world ending exploit - but pairing it with Ravenclaw Harbinger - Item - World of Warcraft or Ritualistic Sickle - Item - World of Warcraft and you've got quite an edge over other players at that level, heck you'd properly not want to replace either till level 90.


Posting it here will mean it will get fixed quite quickly so enjoy while you can

As a gm of a 80-84 twinks, I can guarantee you it's working as intended and not an exploit. A guide. Can't believe people nobody spoke up.. btw the sp on this was there back in cata.

It's quite clearly a bug as it's WAY over budget for ilevel 270 item as it has 464 spell damage ON TOP of regulare stats = not working as intended.

So your saying your back up proof for this not being a working as intended is because there are no others like it? well look at the Grakl's Gleaming Talisman and Sea Star. 1 trinket from Mop, 1 from cata, compare those ratios gains of Spell Power to Dislodged Foreign Object - Item - World of Warcraft and http://www.wowhead.com/item=54588. And like i said, this spell power was there last expansion i can almost guarantee

There are the off hands you had a choice between at level 80 (the grimoire used to have spell penetration not pvp power ) notice anything there? that's right endgame randomly has 464 more spell power than the others of the same item level.

And how is this in anyway relevant ? this is an old item that randomly got a whole heap of spell power making it better than the end game pvp offhands from an entire expansion later -.-'
It's one 4 items that only differed in secondary stats and it's the only one to get this completely over the item budget spell power added.

Not everything that's on the PTR is intended for Live. It's completely plausible for an item that's not intended for Live that will actually end up on Live. So please, before you start ranting about your "facts", bring some damn proof before you start shitting on someones thread.
