How to get 2 talents on the same level at once (2x lvl 30 talents etc)

Like you said I dont have elite but multiple have said it's definitely in there just go look.

Edit: I can't read the thread but I found this in another thread and it sounded like the one in elite I'm thinking about.

Doesn't work with hunters, I entered the arena with dire beast then switched to the talent thrill of the hunt (passive free arcane shot procs). When the arena started I waited 5 seconds and then left. I'm not getting any thrill of the hunt procs so it must be a warrior only bug.

Mods NEVER move threads to the elite section if the OP doesn't want it.
So everything you say about this is purely useless, it's only OP's choice to move/post a thread in elite or not.
