Spawn Rats Exploit

This exploit was in ImperiousVideo's teaser quite a while ago but he never uploaded how he did it. I was doing some quests looking for a new xyz and I found this.
The quest is from a quest line in Redridge Mountains. LINK: Prisoners of War - Quest - World of Warcraft

Simply get the quest, use the quest item and spawn rats. You can use the spawn rats spell ANYWHERE and you will have a box on your back for as long as you have the quest item in your bag.
