[5.2 PTR] Monks Transform NPC's Into yourself

Very Simple thing to do

1. Make a WW (Windwalker) Monk on PTR
2. Spam Storm, Earth and Fire on NPC
3. ????
4. Profit

With further testing I discover you can do this on players also, did it in a bg to my friend and in a duel, but with a duel the player is only transformed for the duration of the duel.

EDIT: This is a server side bug so everyone can see it too.

Not working for me, although someone already did it to all of the target dummies. I tested it on a goat and it didn't work. Also when you said spam SEF on an NPC, the NPC has to be attackable right, so you can't do it on a friendly NPC.
