Rogue Malevolent Gladiator's Ripper update with JUSTICE POINTS!

So today i noticed i where able to update my Malevolent Gladiator's Ripper with 1500 Justice points from 470ilvl to 478ilvl. This normally costs 1500 Conquest instead!
Im wondering why my weapons showed only 0/1 avable update when normally weapons are updateable for 0/2. I guess this bug works out ONLY if you have bought these weapons before patch 5.1.

And yes i did update my weapons from 470 to 478 and it did cost only justice points!

Private servers are not allowed to post exploiits htere... i 2 have an mop lastest repack ( uppdate one ) and i have the same issue, using it as a beta testing ish realm for gear scales.
