DK's outbreak bypasses cloak of shadows again just like begining of Cataclysm. Enjoy not letting rogues get away.

I'm under the impression that this is working as intended, Much like plague strike hitting a rogue and applying the diseases.

PS and OB are both Physical attacks when you use them, so cloak doesn't negate the dot aspect.

wrong .. cloak should dispel all magic, curse or diesease debuffs .. with reapplying i'm not sure for the physical attacks

WHAT?!?!? Rogues are in a really solid state right now. People are just used to how they were in cata.

Do you have to be glyphed for the undispellable diseases? or does this work without it.

Didn't work for me, did it without Outbreak glyph. Got a miss when I cloaked and had a friend Outbreak me, same deal if he Outbreaked first and I cloaked after.
