Not intended, the characters that got bugged achies from logging in at time XY can purchase the gear.
However my 3 other characters can not

Just tried it worked fine on one of my characters that has no rank on them. Tried on another two alts didn't work.

PS i do have " knight-captain rank 8 " on the account , none of my characters have gotten the wierd achivements.

I think it has something to do with when you bought the replica items. I can use the items I purchased shortly after this post was made for transmog, but I cannot use any new items I buy for transmog.
