Achievement tabards on every character

If you have done Explore northrend, Equip 25 tabards or loremaster achievement on any character you can now go on any character in your account to tabard vendor and he/she will have option to give out the tabards for you.

You could've already done this?? As long as u have the 25 tabards on any toon you still get the new tabard and achievement... I think (just a guess) That he saw that it was done account wide so he couldn't re-get the achievement and he went and did on another character and got the tabard. :O
