How to annoy people at Halfhill
You can simply cast fear on them (NOT BLOOD FEAR) and guards will simply not attack you
This aswell works with sheep, ice trap, and sap

It's warlock single target fear that works, aoe fears ( lock, priest & warrior ) seems to piss of the guards.

But really any single target spell will work - just phase hop to your farm after casting.

So go gather up embers and then chaos bolt some random guy once he is dead simply step back over the phase border to reset guard aggro.
